For some teachers, it may feel easier to acquire the music books and then collect reimbursement afterwards. I have done option 2, downside was some new family left without paying the books. Currently doing option 1 for new family and 2 for old family. I have used option 4 for a brief period, the reason for quit it was had parents keep lost their books and require new one. How do you handle this situation?
