Bills Legend and Hall of Fame QB Jim Kelly joined One Bills Live to discuss his involvement this weekend and Monday night as he will be the 'Legend of the Game' as the Bills host the Titans. He went on to talk about his relationship and evaluation of new offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey, what he's seen from Josh Allen and his development, and his excitement for the offense this season.
This is one of my biggest adventures, and one of my [best] feelings. We watched Kill Bill in Manhattan. At the premiere, that happened, but you know, that's Hollywood. But in Manhattan, a theater, just a bunch of kids coming from wherever New York, inside a movie theater and the movie's coming on. They don't even know that I'm the man with the music, and when it said, \"Original Music by The RZA\", we hear the audience clapping. And they didn't clap for nothing else, because the movie's just coming on. I was like, 'Wow, what the fuck is that about' That's different. It actually might be something special. You never care who did that... Once you see who stars in the shit, you don't read \"edited\", you don't read all that. You be eating your popcorn and it go right by you. But, for somebody to see that and then clap, that's a different thing right there. That felt pretty pleasing.
\"In the games, we're kind of thinking about those things, and we just kind of go off feel,\" Horton said. \"If we need to make a change because of maybe fatigue or something like that, then we will. We do have other guys and other options.\"
Nikole Hannah-Jones So I literally have been thinking about 1619 since I was in high school. And I came across the year 1619 in a book by Lerone Bennett called Before the Mayflower. And I think it was on page twenty-eight or something like that. And it was like a lightning bolt, because I had never been taught that date, I had never been taught that people of African descent, that people had been enslaved here here that early before the Mayflower, and I understood at that point that there was a reason we were never taught that. That everything about how we are taught to think about America would be revealed as a lie if we were taught the year 1619. 59ce067264
